Product Description

The Cagebuster is Durastar's flagship Heavy Duty plastic IBC tote — a 100% polyethylene, free-standing design that replaces the limited-life caged IBC entirely. Its rotationally molded HDPE tank runs walls up to three times thicker than composite bottles, and a patented “castle” structure resists the warpage and liquid pooling that plague aging caged totes. With no steel cage to obstruct it, exterior cleaning is faster and there is nothing to corrode, rust, or bend.

A sloped drain trough and 2-inch bottom drain valve give more complete drainage than a caged IBC, while an innovative stacking lug lets the Cagebuster stack with itself and most existing caged designs in the 40×48 footprint. It is UN and Transport Canada certified (UN 31H2) for Packing Group II and III hazardous and non-hazardous liquids, rides on a conveyor-friendly recycled-plastic pallet, and its wetted EPDM valve components are food-contact compliant under CFR 21.
